We are presently in the process of augmenting our team at Noida for media sales and advertisement spaces on our recently launched news portal. From dedicated digital marketing teams to a much sought after back-end support, we at Prymus excel in offering and delivering tailor-made customised marketing solutions to our clients. It is indeed due to the relentless efforts of our "Prymus Team" that we have managed to serve over 50 plus clients since inception.

Job Responsibilities

Currently, we are looking for Media Sales Accounts managers (2) who would be able to:

  1. Draw up a list of Immediate & long-term perspective clients ideally suited for our Media offerings.
  2. Arrange and execute 2-3 constructive client calls and meetings daily.
  3. Prepare and make necessary presentations most suited to address the client's needs.
  4. Responsible for generating revenue from Corporate, SME and retail clients.
  5. Map the geography and identify new customers in the assigned territory.
  6. Work closely with clients to offer the best solutions to accelerate their growth (This would include working closely with the team to put the initial plans/pitches together).
  7. Track monthly/quarterly and annual revenue goals and accelerate sales by developing key growth strategies, tactics and action plans.
  8. Collaborate with the leadership team to set revenue goals and implement the sales plan to drive revenue growth
  9. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  10. Effectively communicating the value proposition through proposals and presentations.

Desired Candidate Profile :

  1. Thorough understanding of advertising agency functions.Strong communication skills.
  2. Excellent organisational, time and self-management skills.Excellent follow-up skills.
  3. Strong sense of initiative and ability to work under pressure
  4. Expertise in direct sales and CRM.
  5. MBA in Marketing or Communications
  6. Minimum 2 years of prior advertising/space selling experience.
  7. Individual contributor to begin with and can be given a team later
  8. Strong existing relationships with Media agencies, Corporate Clients and Retail Customers.
  9. Candidates with prior experience in Digital Marketing Sales, Radio Sales, OOH Sales will be preferred.
  10. Strong computer skills, proficient use of Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint, MS Word and Excel).
